Reach Mentoring’s vision is that every young person unleashes their full potential to be the best version of themselves that they can be. Our mission is to create positive, informing, and empowering mentoring relationships with children and young people while working in partnership with local schools, churches, and relevant agencies. 

As Reach Mentoring continues to develop, we seek to employ two Mentoring Coordinators in which we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to build upon established partnerships within local schools and become engrained in the local community. 

Reach Mentoring are recruiting a full time mentoring coordinator for the Lurgan area, 36 hrs per week. Additionally, we’re recruiting a full time mentoring coordinator for the Portadown area, 20 hrs permanent role (with an additional 12 hrs until June 2026).
