Reach Mentoring’s vision is that every young person unleashes their full potential to be the best version of themselves that they can be. Our mission is to create positive, informing, and empowering mentoring relationships with children and young people while working in partnership with local schools, churches, and relevant agencies.
As Reach Mentoring continues to develop, we seek to employ three Connect Programme Coordinators, in which we are looking for enthusiastic people to build upon established partnerships within local schools and become engrained in the local community.
Reach Mentoring are recruiting two full-time (36 hours per week) and one part-time (18 hours per week) Connect Programme Coordinators for the ABC and Mid-Ulster Council areas. These posts are 10 months contracts, commencing 24th August 2026 and running until the end of June 2027, with a view to extension in September 2027 pending funding.
